As with all of Man City’s friendlies, the kickoff time of the match against Scottish powerhouse Celtic on July 23 in North Carolina will serve as the first match of the team’s American tour.

Four days later, Guardiola’s team will battle Milan in Yankee Stadium in New York, and at the end of July, the Spanish coach will take on his old team, Barcelona, in Orlando.


Chelsea, a squad that Man City is highly familiar with from the 2023–24 season, will be their opponent in their final preseason game in Ohio. The match is scheduled for August 3rd, which is seven days before to the 2024 Community Shield matchup with Manchester United.

Manchester City’s season opener is against Chelsea away on August 18, and their first home game is against Ipswich Town on August 24.
